After that 14-day window, payments are non-refundable. This includes subsequent monthly subscription fees and any other charges. If the Services don't work: if the Services are materially unavailable, or fail to function as described, for a sustained period, contact us at info@valuemediaglobal.com. We will work with you to resolve it, and where we cannot, we will provide a pro-rata credit or refund covering the affected period.
How to cancel: you may cancel at any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing info@valuemediaglobal.com. Cancellation stops all future charges. You will retain access for the remainder of the billing period already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at info@valuemediaglobal.com. We respond to billing questions within one business day and will resolve genuine errors promptly.
Where your purchase is processed by a payment partner acting as merchant of record, that partner's own buyer terms and refund window also apply, and will govern where they provide broader rights than this section.
Your free trial length is shown to you at sign-up and confirmed in your account dashboard. When the trial ends, your selected tier is charged automatically and the subscription auto-renews monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can see your exact renewal date and amount in your dashboard at any time.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Founder pricing is locked for 12 months from sign-up.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMG AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge that AI systems are imperfect and may make mistakes. You are solely responsible for monitoring the AI's performance and for any business decisions you make based on its output. Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the most recent month.

You may not use the Services to engage in illegal activity, harass others, send spam, defraud customers, or violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations without refund.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or non-payment. Where we terminate your account without cause, we will give you reasonable notice and refund any prepaid fees covering the period after termination. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, refunds are governed by Section 2. Your data is retained and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VMG AI, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit against VMG AI.
